Privacy Policy
OpenSlot is operated by Quvon Labs Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It is built privacy-first: your bookings, guest voice notes, transcripts and AI meeting briefs belong to your account and are never shared with other users.
The short version
Your data is scoped to your account and protected with row-level security in Supabase. Guest voice notes are transcribed to generate your brief and stay attached to that one booking, readable only by you. We do not sell your personal information.
Account & profile
Your name, email and profile image are synced from your authentication provider, Clerk. We use them to identify your account and personalize your dashboard and booking page.
Bookings & availability
Bookings, event types, availability rules and store products are stored in Supabase, scoped to your account and protected with row-level security so other users can never read them.
Guest voice notes & AI briefs
When a guest records a voice note, the audio is stored against that booking, transcribed with Deepgram, and summarized into a meeting brief by Anthropic’s Claude. The audio, transcript and brief are attached only to that booking, and only the host of that booking can read them.
Payment information
When you pay, checkout is handled by Razorpay (in India) or Creem / Stripe (internationally). Your card and payment details are entered on their systems — we never see or store your full card number.
Technical data
We temporarily process IP addresses to prevent abuse and apply rate limits, and use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics to understand how the product is used.
Who we share with
We share data only with the providers needed to run OpenSlot: our AI providers (Deepgram for transcription, Anthropic for briefs), our calendar and email providers, our payment processors (Razorpay, Creem, Stripe), and our hosting and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention & your control
You can edit or delete briefs and voice notes at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and disables access to all associated data. Payment records are kept as required for legal and tax purposes. For access or deletion requests, contact support@openslot.space.
