Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of OpenSlot (openslot.space), a service operated by Quvon Labs Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By using the service you agree to them.
1. What OpenSlot is
OpenSlot is a scheduling tool — booking links, event types, availability rules, calendar sync and reminders. Guests can optionally leave a voice note, which is transcribed and turned into an AI “meeting brief” to help you prepare. Hosts can also sell digital products from their booking page. The AI brief is a preparation aid for humans — it does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
2. Who can use it
Hosts must be at least 18 years old, or meet their jurisdiction’s age of majority, to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for your account and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Guests can book a public page without creating an account.
3. Your content
You may only submit content — booking details, guest voice notes, profile and store products — that you own or are authorized to provide. You retain all rights to your content. You grant Quvon Labs a limited license to process it solely to operate the service (transcription, brief generation, calendar sync and email notifications).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit unauthorized or rights-infringing content; reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the service; or resell or redistribute the service or its output without permission.
5. Payments
Paid plans (OpenSlot Pro) and any paid bookings or products are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay for customers in India, with Quvon Labs as the merchant of record. International customers are billed in US Dollars via Creem or Stripe, which manage applicable sales tax / VAT. Checkout prices include taxes unless stated otherwise. Pro includes a 14-day free trial and can be cancelled anytime; our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
6. Intellectual property
The OpenSlot name, design and software are owned by Quvon Labs. Your bookings, voice notes, transcripts and meeting briefs belong to you.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated transcripts and briefs may contain inaccuracies — review them before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Quvon Labs’s total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes & governing law
Updates to these Terms are reflected in the last-updated date above. These Terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
