Cancellation & Refund Policy
OpenSlot sells digital services — the OpenSlot Pro subscription and, for hosts, digital products sold from a booking page. These are delivered electronically on successful payment, with no physical shipment.
Free plan & trial
The Free plan is free forever. OpenSlot Pro includes a 14-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel Pro at any time from your settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period; we do not auto-refund the unused portion of a period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. However, we will issue a full refund if: you were charged after cancelling, you were charged twice for the same period, or the service was materially unavailable at the time of purchase. Digital products that fail to deliver due to a technical error are refunded.
How to request a refund
Email support@openslot.space within 7 days of the charge with your payment/order reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay (India) or Creem / Stripe (international orders). It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
